Strawberry Rhubarb Crunch

Strawberry Rhubarb CrunchI played around with my favorite crisp recipe from, and this is what I came up with.  Not that the original wasn’t tasty but we didn’t need all the fat of butter.  Any berry would probably work well with this recipe, just as long as you have 6 cups of fruit.

Strawberry Rhubarb Crunch:

Strawberry Rhubarb CrunchMix 1 cup sugar, 3 Tbs flour, strawberries and rhubarb in a bowl.  Place in a greased 9×13″ pan.

Crumble the remaining ingredients and spread on top of fruit mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
